The sad face of the old Bailey's cafe in Market Place, vandalised and then torched by arsonists, will soon be wearing a happy grin.
A planning application has been submitted for conversion of the premises into a 'Frankie's' branded American style burger bar and ice cream parlour.
The new owners hope to have the premises open by Easter 2019.
